Q: Why do i need to register first to make an order?
A: Yes. You must create an account with topsella.com in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE!
Q: Why should I become a registered user?
A: Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices via email or text message alerts of topsella promotions.
You will only be asked once to state your shipping & billing information. It will be recorded in our files & any order you placed will be delivered to the registered address on file unless you direct us otherwise.

Q: I am interested in one of your item, Where do i start?
A: Simply fill up the form in the My Account tab as you checkout and answer the required fields.
Q: How do I pay for the items?
A: We accept payment thru BDO or via paypal. We will open other bank accounts in the near future for your convinience.
Once you made you made your payment inform me via txt and we will send you a notification of the transaction acknowledgement and for your package tracking number.. Payment must be made in 3 days after confirming an item otherwise I will cancel your order & place the item again on sale.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: For now we have a flat rate of P100 as we are still scouting for the best & cheapest tracking services.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! but the rates will depend on the weight of the package & your location.

Q: What are your sizes?
A: In general all my clothes have similar if not almost the same size and I will base the measurements I will give you with a tape measure & my gorgeous model mannequin!
Neck: 14 1/2 in.
Shoulder: 17 in.
Bust: 34 in.
Waist: 28 in.
Hips: 36 in.

Q: You have a lot of ukay items & pre-owned stuffs, are they safe to use?
A: Yes, although this is almost looks like a thrift section of the site we can assure you that we offer only the best buys that you can find even better than the ones in the malls. We have different resources actually & I must say that most of the items you see here I ordered overseas but not in bulk so we it’s really a selection of quality items. We carefully hand-picked all our items by checking every inch & detail. From the store it goes straight to my ever-dependable laundry shop & have it washed, sanitized & iron before I put it on my model-mannequin & she actually hasn’t complained! haha! But please do note that we also sell Brand new items and still at a fair price.
Q: Some of the items seem expensive? Where do u base your price? I suppose I can get it cheaper at the ukay stores!
Q: Can u grant a wishlist?
A: Of course! although I cannot give 100% guarantee I will always find exactly what you wish for but I can only guarantee that I will do my best & use all my “power instincts” to make you happy & satisfied!
